We want you to be completely satisfied with your Faithfull the Brand purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or refund on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags and hygiene seals still attached.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, securely attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.
Processing and Refund
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed.
